Challenge: Reverse successive years of unprofitable results after a previous owner left the business swimming in debt.

Approach: We worked as an extended part of the leadership team for five years, touching every aspect of the business from targeting, to pricing, distribution, organizational structure, positioning and marketing, and helped to author four consecutive annual business plans.
3the result
Result: Results improved each year and a profit was recorded for the first time in the fifth year. The CEO credited Fathom with helping turn the business around in an extremely challenging media market.
