Created an innovative plan for a U.S. based technology provider, cost-effectively analyzing 532 municipalities (our client’s customers and prospects) in six U.S. states to identify strategies to accelerate revenue growth. The learning included category penetration levels, market share for key players and satisfaction levels. The key business drivers, barriers and opportunities were mapped, as well as the relevant influences and influencers affecting brand adoption among multiple, complex stakeholder groups. The analysis was key to the ultimate sale of the business.
